In order to qualify for the $100 bonus option, you must meet the following criteria:

·        Lease signing that is at least 6 months in duration

·       Monthly rental rate of at least $700

·       Both ‘Advanced Locators’ and the agent’s name must be written

        on the lease and guest card

·       Confirmation of lease from property manager or owner
 

Your rebate check will be mailed out to you as soon as we receive our referral payment from your new apartment complex. As this process can take up to 30 days, we ask that you please allow 45-60 days for your rebate check to arrive. 
 

If you have not received your rebate check after 60 days have passed, please call us to inquire about the status of your rebate.
